In my experience creating prosperity is about assuming one's own power. So we can certainly inspire others to do so and we can ensure taht we share what we have with those who have less. However, the answer to your question is whether each and everyone of us is willing to take responsability for one's life. If so, the answer to your question is definitely a yes.
